I’m Head of Technology at eGuarantee, where I lead the team building our core platform and share responsibility for its product direction. My remit also covers data and integrations, security and compliance, internal IT, and the systems connecting our platform with sales and marketing.
[IMPACT]
I can't share my work publicly, but here are some recent wins I'm proud of:
- Rebuilt the core application workflow by discovering requirements others had missed, cutting turnaround from 62 days to 27 days.
- Built an AI agent that automates data extraction and validation, cutting application-lodgement time by 60%.
- Restructured how the team works to get the greatest leverage from coding agents — Backlogs, ADRs, review specs, automated PR checks — so a database schema redesign shipped in two weeks.

Right now: TypeScript and React/Next.js on the front end, Node.js and event-driven AWS serverless (Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB) on the back, provisioned with Pulumi. For AI work: Bedrock, the Vercel AI SDK, and Flue.
